In cell M7, nest an AND function within an IF function. The rate is the APR divided by 12 months in a year, and the number of payment periods is the number of years multiplied by 12 months in a year. Use mixed cell references appropriately. In cell I4, insert the MINUTE function to calculate minutes difference between the end and start times. Copy the function to the range I5:I12.
